King’s Cross Underground station is a passenger railway terminus in the London Borough of Camden, in Central London Zone 1. The rent payable will be the higher of either a base rent of: Unit 1 — £85,000 pax Unit 2 — £85.000 pax Or a percentage of turnover to be agreed.
